Our Weekly Meeting
As we are all busy local business people who need to get out there and get on with business, our meetings follow a strict guideline as set down by BNI International. This meeting structure is proven to provide the best use of one our most important resources... time, and our aim is that you will be out of your weekly "Boardroom Meeting" at 8.30am on the dot. Often our members like to spend a little time after the meeting in smaller groups discussing future business strategies and plans.

Open Networking |
Members start arriving at the venue any time from about 6.45am, but the official start time is 7am. This time is spent catching up with other members and meeting any visitors (you) and making them feel at home. |

Informercials |
Each person is given 60 seconds to let their fellow members know what sort of business they are after this week, whether they have added a new service or to re-inforce what their business is about. This time is also spent asking for specifically asking for a referral. eg. "If anyone knows Bob Abbot from the Sunshine Coast Regional Council could you please put in good word for me next time you are talking to him". |

10 Minute Presentation |
On a roster basis each member gets the opportunity to showcase their business by putting together a 10 minute presentation for their fellow members. This is a great time to really show other members parts of your business that may not get highlighted in your weekly 60 Seconds. Interactive and informative presentations are the norm with Audio/Visual equipment available from other members if needed. |

Referrals, Wraps and Recaps |
This is part of the meeting that everyone is really there for. It is at this time that referrals are officially passed between businesses and recorded by the leadership team. We also provide feedback on previous referrals and how they are proceeding and officially recognise anyone who has helped our business out. |

Meeting wraps up |
The leadership team will present any statistics such as the number of referrals passed this month or the value of business passed. They will let the members know of any up coming events and finally close the meeting. |
